Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Te Papa Museum and the waterfront. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast buffet had awesome options to kickstart our days. Parking was also reasonably priced, making it easier to get around.
We had some issues with noise. Even with the windows shut, we could hear a lot from outside and our neighbors, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Had a lovely stay with comfortable beds and a fantastic on-site restaurant that made dining so easy. You can unwind in the cozy lounge or enjoy some downtime in the game room, which was a hit! The only hiccup was that the bathroom could use a little updating, but overall, it didn’t dampen my experience. 😊

Located conveniently near a supermarket and vibrant nightlife, the quiet ambiance was a pleasant surprise. The spacious rooms featured excellent water pressure and comfortable beds, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Parking was reasonably priced, offering a more affordable alternative compared to public options. However, the furniture was a bit outdated, making it less appealing for longer stays, and the lack of kitchen facilities can be limiting for some guests.

Great location and comfy stay
The room was tidy and the view of the city and harbour from the 10th floor was absolutely breathtaking! It was conveniently located near a supermarket and just a short walk to various attractions, which added a lot of value to our trip. The only downside was that the bathroom was somewhat outdated and could use a refurbishment.

The views from the room on the 10th floor were stunning, overlooking the lower city and harbour. The location was exceptional, with a supermarket right across the street and easy access to Courtenay Place and Te Papa. The restaurant served delicious market-fresh cuisine, and I enjoyed the ample options at breakfast, including made-to-order hot items like pancakes and a great kiwi breakfast.

The hotel was just a short walk from the awesome New World supermarket, which had plenty of food options, and close to Te Papa. The friendly staff took great care of our bags after checkout, allowing us to explore the city worry-free.
My kids wished for better water pressure in the shower.
